Our Mission Statement

Our mission and passion is to teach women how to learn to love their bodies and create a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime. We do this by:

teaching proper eating for energy and less eating for comfort;

teaching body strengthening by gaining muscle and losing fat;

and most importantly, teaching women how to connect from the "inside" which is the key to long-term change on the outside.

The Wellness Coach Inc provides three venues to attain these goals:

  1. Daily women's Fitness Bootcamps for all fitness levels.
  2. Fitness & Five Getaway Retreats — personal and corporate retreats.
  3. Speaking engagements* for women's organizations and conferences.
